General Information:

All online payments with our cart system use paypal for credit card processing.

If payment by a money order is preferred, email your request and we will get back to you shortly with all the required details.

• All prices are in US Dollars.
• Prices are subject to change at our discretion.
• All items are made in and shipped from Canada.
• Most items are made to order when orders are placed.
• This process will take between 2-3 weeks, and items will be sent out as soon as possible afterwards. We will notify all customers of the progress of orders, as well as the date shipped. If an item is in stock it will usually be sent out within 2-3 days. We will e-mail customers when orders are sent.
• Rush orders: if an item is required for a certain date, we will try to accommodate, please do e-mail us before ordering to discuss the project and its viability.
• There are no taxes on items being shipped outside of Canada.
• For Canadian orders within Ontario, PST and GST will be charged. For Canadian orders shipped out side of Ontario, GST/HST will be charged at rates specific to those areas.
• USA/and International orders may be subject to duties and customs excise taxes which will be payable at time of delivery. Any taxes/duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot quote whether or not this will apply or what amount would be charged. Contact your countries export agencies for more information.

How Cart Process Works:

Stage One: REVIEW CART
This section allows you review your cart and add or remove items. It gives a subtotal (before shipping and/or taxes)

State Two: USER INFO

Here you can fill in your shipping address and details as well as setting up a personal username and password. If you are a returning user just log in and verify your personal information.

Stage Three: SHIPPING METHODS
Here is where your shipping cost calculation is made, also where you can choose your preferred shipping method. More shipping info? click here.

Stage Four: FINAL REVIEW
This section shows the final totals including shipping and taxes, if any. If you require special delivery or wish to include any other information there is a 'Special Delivery Instructions / Special Requests' area of this page to include a note. That's it, not press Submit and you will be sent to a secure area on the Paypal website to complete the transaction.

Receipt:
After payment through Paypal, you will be redirected to a thank you page with a reciept. As well, an email with a confirmed transaction reciept will be sent to the email address you registered in your Futurstate account.

FYI: To view the status of an order, users can Sign In to view reciepts and status updates. If you would like your information removed from the database upon completion of order, please email: admin@futurstate.com with your request.

• At this time we are able to accept returns on an exchange only basis
• E-mail us in advance of placing a return. We will give you the address of where to ship returns as well as discuss how to accommodate your exchange.
• Please make sure of the size measurements to make sure your garment will fit when ordering. If you have any questions about fit, please e-mail us and we can give you more information about the fit of specific garments.
• All items eligible for exchange must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of use or having been worn. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense.
• If an item appears to have been worn or sent back in a questionable condition, it will be returned to the customer.
• If an item is faulty we will gladly exchange it for another at our shipping expense, although return postage will not be recompensed.

The XE currency converter is for general interest conversions and will not necessarily be the same rate as Paypal.

All prices are in USD, and will be based on the exchange rate at the time of processing through Paypal.

To be able to use the Futurstate shopping cart, cookies must be enabled on your browser. Cookies help track user sessions and are required as part of the cart software we use.

Futurstate will not share or sell your personal information. We collect only information to be used to send out orders, assess shipping costs, assess tax group fees (Canada) and allow users to access order tracking. We do not have any access to your credit card information as that is handled directly by Paypal. If you no longer wish to be on the mailing list please email info@futurstate.com with "remove from list" as the subject, or if you are a registered user, sign in and click on the "No" option for the newsletter and update your information.
